Waldport is located on the Alsea River and Alsea Bay, 18 miles south of Newport and 8 miles north of Yachats. This quiet little beach town offers Crabbing and Fishing right off the docks! Outdoor activities also include Kayaking, Hiking, and miles of beautiful flat sandy beaches to explore.
Just across the bay bridge, the Bayshore neighborhood is a quiet beach community on the central Oregon Coast with a mix of full-time residents, rentals, and vacation homes. It includes a nice sandy beach for miles of walking. The neighborhood is very walkable and bikeable with multiple beach access points.
